New month. New me? Not bloody likely.
The churn in my brain over blogging, productivity tools, audio nerd stuff, etc. is on-going. What's the next perfect tool?

- Created an About page
- Create a Now page. The idea of the now page makes sense, but then again makes no sense since the whole point of this website is "this is what's going on now" in a journal format. But we'll stick with it for now.
📋 OmniFocus Thoughts
One of the places people can really get caught up in making OmniFocus too complex is the various types of dates, defer dates especially. Defer means "the first date this needs to be brought to my attention". Planned means...well its pretty obvious... the date you plan on doing a task. Due means this is the hard date it has to be completed. Planned is new and long overdue. But that makes defer dates more amorphous in my mind. For instance: credit card payments. Logically the defer would be the first of the month, the planned and due likely would be the same...the date the payment is actually due. The reality is that's vastly overthinking a simple example, something for which I'm famous (or maybe infamous). In this case all three are more than likely the same date. The KISS principle applies quite well here.
